All great tools—but there’s something happening under the surface that you might be missing.</p><p data-start="1390" data-end="1735">Your <strong data-start="1395" data-end="1413">adrenal glands</strong> are two small but mighty organs that sit on top of your kidneys. They regulate your energy, your recovery, your inflammation levels, and your stress response.
