Most people wait until something stops them.

That's the hardest time to fix it, and the most expensive.

Here's what I watch happen. Somebody finishes care feeling great. Life gets busy. They mean to come back. About six months later they call, and we're starting over from the beginning. Same pain, same plan, same money, and six months of hiking, lifting, and chasing their kids that they didn't have to lose.

It's almost never about motivation. There's no next appointment on the calendar, so there's no next appointment.

That's the whole problem a membership solves.

The three pillars of health

Most plans fix one thing. This one covers all three.

You can't adjust your way out of poor sleep, a stressful season, or an empty tank. Your body, what you fuel it with, and what's on your mind all decide how you feel between visits. Every membership works on all three.

Meet Dr. Nate

I don't sell anything I don't do.

I'm a chiropractor, a dad, and an ultrarunner. I've finished several 50-mile mountain races, and on October 17 I'm lining up for my first 100-miler at Lake Sonoma.

I get adjusted two to four times a month, and my back doesn't hurt. That's the point. I train the same three pillars I'll work on with you: keep the body moving, fuel it well, and don't let stress quietly run the show.

You won't get a front desk or a callback queue. You'll get me. More about me and the practice.

Only 50 standing spots.

That's not a marketing number. I'm one chiropractor working Tuesday through Friday, and a standing appointment means that time is held for you and nobody else.

When they're gone, I'll open a waitlist until something frees up.

The fuel pillar

I can adjust your spine twice a month. The other 28 days are up to you.

What you eat, how you sleep, and what you put in your body every day shapes how you feel between visits. Here are two ways I can help with that.

PATH A

Take what I trust.

After your nutrition assessment, I'll recommend what fits you from the professional-grade brands I carry in the office. Pick it up at your next visit, at your member price.

PATH B

Keep what you already take. Pay less.

Order the supplements you already use through my Fullscript store. Same products, a better price, shipped to your door, and sourced through the manufacturer instead of an anonymous marketplace seller.

What would you save?

Your plan

You'd save about

$153

a year on supplements

If you don't take supplements, count this as zero and judge the plan on the visits.

Already take something? See if I carry it.

Type the brand on your bottle. If it's on Fullscript, you can order it through my store and pay less.

One honest note: I earn a margin on what I dispense. You should know that, and I'd rather tell you than have you find out. If something you take doesn't need replacing, I'll tell you that too.

Chiropractic membership questions

How much does a chiropractic membership cost in Chelan?

At Living Well Family Chiropractic, memberships are $852 a year for one person (Base), $1,620 a year for you plus one (Build), or $3,120 a year for your whole household (Peak). You can also pay every four weeks: $71, $150, or $260. That works out to $60 to $66 a visit, compared with the regular $80 rate.

Which plan should I pick?

Most people should start with Build. Two visits every four weeks, same-day access when something flares, and it covers you plus one other person in your household. If you only want a monthly check-in, Base is enough. If you want everyone under your roof covered, Peak.

What if nothing hurts right now?

That's the best time to start. I get adjusted two to four times a month and my back doesn't hurt. The point is staying ahead of it instead of waiting for the next flare and starting over.

What's included besides adjustments?

Every membership covers three pillars of health. Body: chiropractic care, same-day flare visits, and a new at-home program released every month. Fuel: an in-office nutrition assessment, a review of the supplements you take, and member pricing on supplements. Mind: NET (Neuro Emotional Technique) when it fits your care.

How do the supplement savings work?

Two ways. Buy what I recommend in the office at your member price, or order what you already take through my Fullscript store at a discount, shipped to your door. Bring your bottles to a visit and I'll tell you what's worth keeping.

What if I don't use all my visits?

They roll over inside the year. Base banks up to 3, Build up to 6, Peak up to 16. Banked visits don't carry past your renewal date, so I'll remind you a month ahead if you've built up a stack.

What if I need more visits than my plan includes?

You use them at a member rate instead of the full $80: Base $76, Build $72, Peak $68. During a flare you might come in three times a week for two weeks, and that's exactly what the member rate is for.

What happens if I miss my standing appointment?

Text me and we'll move it. I ask for 24 hours' notice when you can manage it, but life happens, and I'd rather you come in late than not at all.

Can I cancel or change plans?

Yes. Four-week plans cancel with one billing cycle of notice. If you prepaid the year and need to stop, I refund the unused portion. Move up any time; move down at your renewal.

Is a membership instead of a care plan?

No. If you're actively fixing something, the 12-visit Acute Care Plan is the right tool and still the best per-visit rate I offer. Membership is what comes after, to keep what you built.

Where are you and when are you open?

Living Well Family Chiropractic is at 218 E Woodin Ave, Suite 2, in Chelan, Washington. I see patients Tuesday through Friday. Call (509) 881-4255 or get directions and contact info.

Have a question about chiropractic care itself? See my Chelan chiropractor FAQ on back pain, running, and sports injuries.
