7,000 feet of elevation. Training for a 100-mile race. Not because it’s easy. Because it’s hard. Every climb reminds me that our limits are often self-imposed. The same thing happens with health. People wait until they’re in pain. Until they’re exhausted. Until their body forces them to change. Don’t wait for a wake-up call. Start now. Move more. Eat better. Take care of your body. Future you is counting on it. And if you’re struggling with pain that’s keeping you from moving, let’s get you back in the game. 👇 What goal are you chasing right now?

😱I used to hate running. Like, dread-it. Avoid

😱I used to hate running. Like, dread-it. Avoid-it. Make-excuses-for-it hate it. If you told the younger version of me I’d be training for a 100-mile race, I would’ve laughed in your face. Now here I am. Logging miles. Climbing vert. Watching my heart rate. Counting weeks. And if I’m honest… I’m terrified. A hundred miles is no joke. The doubts creep in. What if I bonk? What if I cramp at mile 70? What if I’m not built for this? But here’s what changed everything. Community. Running alone feels heavy. Running together feels possible. When you’ve got people beside you breathing hard, pushing through the same hills, something shifts. Fear shrinks. Courage grows. And here’s the part no one talks about enough… Your body has to be aligned for the dream to survive. You can have the grit. The mindset. The playlist. But if your hips are locked up, your spine is jammed, and your nervous system is stressed… the miles will expose it. Chiropractic isn’t about cracking backs. It’s about keeping the engine tuned so you can chase big goals without breaking down. I get adjusted 2–4x a month. Not because I’m injured. Because I refuse to let dysfunction steal the dream. If you’ve ever said, “I’m not a runner”… I did too. Start small. Run with people. Keep your body in alignment. Do scary things anyway. You might surprise yourself. And if you’re training for something big… let’s keep you moving. #chelan #run #chiropractic #pain #100miler @emilymollerphotography

It’s October, and as people start getting sick, this is one of our favorite go-to teas. Emily and I love it because it’s soothing, supports immunity, calms digestion, and warms you from the inside out. Here’s how we make it: - Simmer 1 inch sliced ginger + 2–3 star anise pods in 2 cups water for 15 min - Turn off heat, cover, and steep another 10–15 min - Strain, add juice of ½ lemon - Stir in raw honey after it cools (we use raw honey from our own bees 🐝) Simple. Comforting. Healing. Save this for the next cold day—you’ll be glad you did. 🍋🌿☕ #tea #immuneboost #fallseason #chelan #pateros #manson

💥 Ever had your race training cut short by an i

💥 Ever had your race training cut short by an injury? Preparing for the Chelanathon isn’t just about crossing the finish line—it’s about becoming a stronger, faster, and more disciplined athlete. Every mile, every lap, every push to the limit is where growth happens. But here’s the truth most athletes learn the hard way—when you push your limits, injuries are always lurking. That’s why I get adjusted regularly. Chiropractic care isn’t just about fixing pain—it’s about preventing it before it ever takes you out of the game. Proper alignment keeps your joints moving right, your muscles firing evenly, and your body recovering faster so you can train harder and race stronger. If you’ve been thinking about signing up for the Chelanathon, this is your sign. 🏊‍♂️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♂️ ✅ Train smart. ✅ Stay injury-free. ✅ Cross that finish line stronger than you started. 📅 DM me “CHELANATHON” for training tips and to book your pre-race spinal check. Prevention is the edge that keeps you in the race. By the way, if you are looking for the most AMAZING shoes, I switched to @flux_footwear trail running shoes… 👟 Zero drop 👟 Wide toe box 👟Grounded Not affiliated, just a huge fan!! This isn’t just lunch. (Our fav sandwich recipe below 👇) It’s sourdough we made from scratch… Cucumbers, basil, tomatoes—picked fresh from the garden… Made with our kids, not just for them. 🌱 Slowing down. Nourishing deeply. Building health, memories, and connection—one sandwich at a time. Because healing starts at home. And the small things? They’re never small. 🥪 Here is what’s inside … • Homemade sourdough • Turkey • Garden cucumbers (for crunch) • Garden tomatoes • Havarti cheese • Purple onion • Baja Gold salt + black pepper • Mayo + mustard • Olive oil + vinegar drizzle #SlowLiving #RealFoodRealLife #GardenToTable #SourdoughLife #ChiropracticLifestyle #RaisingHealthyKids #RootedLiving #ChelanWA
