The Athlete’s Edge: The One Thing That Helps Me Train Harder, Recover Faster, and Stay Injury-Free
If you’re an athlete, you know the game: train hard, push limits, rest just enough
When you feel like quitting, remember why you started.”

I didn’t always love running. There was a time when even a few miles felt like a grind. But somewhere along the way, running became more than exercise. It became a challenge, a reset for the mind, and a place where you learn what you’re truly capable of.
Today I’m an ultramarathon runner who has completed multiple 50-mile races. I know the thrill of crossing a finish line, but I also know the frustration runners feel when injuries, tight hips, sore knees, or back pain threaten to take running away.
As a chiropractor and nutritional coach who works with athletes every day, I help runners get out of pain, recover faster, and keep doing the sport they love.
This page is where I share what I’ve learned from the trail and the clinic—running tips, injury prevention, recovery strategies, and mindset.
If you’re a runner who wants to stay healthy, run stronger, and keep chasing that next finish line, you’re in the right place.
