As a chiropractor for athletes and runners, I’ve spent years optimizing my health and performance—both for myself and my patients. One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned? Even the cleanest diet isn’t always enough.

I used to believe that eating whole, organic foods would cover all my nutritional needs. But after testing, research, and real-life experience, I realized that our modern food system is nutrient-deficient due to:

My Favorite Supplements for Peak Performance & Daily Health
