I used to HATE reading…

Maybe you do or did as well. But ever since I started running long distance, reading and listening to audio books has been a staple in my life. It has transformed the way I think, made me a better human, and has inspired me to greater heights. 

Reading can do this for you as well! But if you don’t like reading a physical book, no worries! Just download the audio book from audible, libby, hoopla, or spotify and listen on the go! 

I will be adding book reviews monthly so be sure to subscribe our email so you don’t miss out!

  1. Pick a book on our recommend reading list below
  2. Set a goal: A few pages to 1 chapter/day is a great start
  3. Comment your thoughts and let us know what you loved or didn’t like
