I didn’t always love running. There was a time when even a few miles felt like a grind. But somewhere along the way, running became more than exercise. It became a challenge, a reset for the mind, and a place where you learn what you’re truly capable of.

Today I’m an ultramarathon runner who has completed multiple 50-mile races. I know the thrill of crossing a finish line, but I also know the frustration runners feel when injuries, tight hips, sore knees, or back pain threaten to take running away.

As a chiropractor and nutritional coach who works with athletes every day, I help runners get out of pain, recover faster, and keep doing the sport they love.
